ARTHUR STEWART ERVEN Of Richmond, B.C., formerly of Victoria, B.C. and Winnipeg, MB. Born August 4, 1909, passed away peacefully December 15, 1999. Predeceased by his wife Leona, June, 1986. Survived by three daughters, Marlene Johnston (Dave), Donalda Buie (Byron) and Judy Blankert (Gary) six grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. A private family graveside service was held on December 17 and a family memorial was held on December 22. Arthur was an Air Force veteran of the Second World War. He was a life member of the Sturgeon Creek Masonic Lodge in Winnipeg, MB. and a Past President of the Oriental Band of the Shriners Khartum Temple in Winnipeg. He was a Past President of the Prairie Roadbuilders Assoc. and a member of the Winnipeg and Victoria Flying Clubs. In lieu of cards and flowers, donations in his name to the Shriners Hospital for Sick Children would be appreciated by the family.
